Paneer
Paneer from Harbansh Lal Foods is a fresh cheeze and is made from premium quality fresh & pure standardized whole milk, using traditional technology. Canned Paneer is an unaged, non-melting fresh farmer cheese made by curdling whole milk with vegetable derived acid.
At Harbansh Lal Foods we manufacture three variants of Paneer, one is Frozen which is blanched raw paneer, second is vacuum packed raw paneer and other is Canned which is sterilized paneer.
All the variants conforms to FSSAI Standards.
This product can also be packed in different sizes according to buyer’s needs & specification.
ITS USES:
Paneer may be used in preparation of Main Course & Snacks. It may also be used as stuffings in parathas, breads, samosa etc., as toppings on Pizzas. Canned Paneer can also be eaten Raw as it is a rich source of Protein.
TYPE OF PACKAGE:
Canned Paneer is packed in 200gm, 450gm & 825gm pack sizes in Cans. While, Frozen Paneer is packed in 250gm, 500gm & 01kg packsizes in Polypouch
SHELF LIFE & STORAGE CONDITIONS:
Canned Paneer is best for consumption within twelve months from the date of manufacturing, if stored at cool and dry place. While, Frozen Paneer is to be stored in cold store in which its temperature remains at -18C and in such condition shelf life of the same is 3 months.
DISTRIBUTION CONTROL:
Canned Paneer is distributed in clean containers, which should protect the product from dust, sunlight, moisture and excessive heat. While, Frozen Paneer is highly sensitive to heat so it is desirable to dispatch it in insulated & refrigerated van to its destination. It is also required to store the product in refrigeration condition.
